The State is by definition static, fixed. and in the natural (dis-)order which is evolution, progression, constant creation; that means: not only conservative (of bourgeois hegemony) but actually regressive, reaktionary.
To the capitalist 'liberals' who claim that they are the solution to state oppression: you're missing, or deliberately deluting/excluding the fact that any kind of private property ownership is always dependent on these the same repressive mechanisms, against the logic action of expropriation; you take what you need, from the welth that the work and creation of humanity brings.
